Had one of my best years
yet photographing Brown Hares, after some very early mornings I was rewarded
with most of the shots I wanted, including boxing Hares!!! These are incredibly
timid animals and very hard to photograph close up. I had to keep completely
still and quiet in the hide. But on one morning a hare walked passed so close i
could here his paws crunching on the frosty grass!! My thanks to T & J for
their hospitality. 
Fox cubs are out, having
great fun watching their antics in between the rain showers! They are the
smallest cubs I have seen for years.
